Labor Day Party

10:00 AM: Pool opens
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch is served
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Swim team will be selling Sno-Cones ($1 each)
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: DJ Andrew Salp
10:00 PM: Pool closes

* LGRA will provide lunch.
* We are requesting that members bring side dishes (to be announced)
* Adult Beverages are $5.00 per wristband. Please remember to bring your ID.
* Let’s be green! Please consider bringing your own reusable plates, cups and utensils (non-breakable).

• LGRA will provide Extra Billy’s BBQ, veggie burgers, hotdogs and kid beverages for lunch.
• Adult Beverages are $5.00 per wristband. Please remember to bring your ID.
• Let’s be green! Please consider bringing your own reusable plates, cups and utensils (non-breakable).

We are requesting that members bring the following…

• A to G: hot side dish (mac & cheese, baked beans, veggie casserole, potato casserole, etc.)
• H to K: fresh green salad with dressing
• L to N: cole slaw
• O to T: dessert or fruit
• U to Z: potato, pasta or macaroni salad

Please remember that your dishes should be abundant since there will be lots of people. If you have a special dish you would like to share, that is not in your category, please feel free to bring it.

Volunteers needed for set up, grilling, serving and clean up. Please contact Cathy in the LGRA office if you are willing to volunteer.
